Structured career development and training programmes are designed to encourage and recognise the career goals and aspirations of everybody, ie. 'Careers not jobs'.

What can a career at Renishaw offer you?

Renishaw's comprehensive appraisal programme is designed to allow everybody to discuss and identify their training needs, concerns and career ambitions.

Career development may include the opportunity to work overseas, either on visits or with one of our subsidiaries. This may be on a temporary or permanent basis. Some employees have become true 'world travellers' working for the Renishaw Group.
